Teslasuit will release a glove that will let you feel the objects you interact with in virtual experiences. The accessory will debut at CES in January, but is not expected to hit the market until later next year.
Teslasuit Glove is designed for professional applications such as physical rehabilitation. The device combines various technologies to simulate the texture, weight, size and strength of objects. The glove also captures the user's hand movement, pulse and other biometric data.
The company has become known for its product name and has focused on the business sector since demonstrating how its virtual reality suit can help train future astronauts, emergency medical professionals and other specialists. Developers do not rule out approaching the video game market, but the average price of their equipment still does not allow them to do so.
This Teslasuit Glove will compete with other competing models, such as the Manus VR and HaptX.
